This is a incredibly refreshing and energizing green juice. It’s great for putting a little pep-in-your-step at the beginning of the day.
It’s also packed full of enzymes, phytochemicals and antioxidants – your body will thank you for drinking this.
Energizing Green Juice Recipe
Use organic ingredients when possible and wash all produce. Peel non-organic ingredients before juicing.
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cucumber
- 1-2 apples
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
- 2-3 stalks of celery
- 2-4 handfuls of kale (if you’re new to juicing start with 1 or 2 handfuls)
Wash produce and cut into smaller pieces if necessary. Juice all ingredients together and drink immediately – enjoy!
