I decided to whip up a delicious pumpkin smoothie this morning and I think you will LOVE it! It’s full of heart healthy fats, protein and antioxidants – plus it tastes delicious! 

Pumpkin Spiced Smoothie

  • 2 handfuls baby greens (spinach, kale, chard, etc)
  • 1/4 fresh avocado
  • 1 scoop clean vanilla plant protein (or 2 Tbsp each of hemp and chia seeds)
  • 2 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • unsweetened almond milk

Blend all ingredients together using enough almond milk to reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
