  2. 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  3. 1/4 of a fresh avocado
  4. 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  5. 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  6. 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
  7. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  8. 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder (optional)
  9. 1/2 banana (optional)
  10. ice cubes (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
